I had the privilege of calling this hotel home for over a year after experiencing a house fire just 15 days before Christmas, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for—they truly transformed my experience from simply staying in a hotel to actually living in a warm, welcoming apartment community. The amenities are fantastic! The gym is well-maintained and perfect for keeping up with your fitness routine. What really sets this place apart, though, are the thoughtful touches and special events the staff organizes, like Easter egg hunts and trick-or-treating for the kids. It’s clear they genuinely care about making every guest feel at home, especially those staying long-term. The team here is exceptional. Brian, the maintenance expert, is always friendly and quick to help with anything you need—just mention an issue, and he’s on it right away. Sequoia, the property manager, is a true gem: kind, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to resolve any concern. If you need a place for an extended stay, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff, the atmosphere, and the sense of community make it truly outstanding. Five stars all the way!

I like Extending Stays. However, I was disappointed that there was NO ONE at the FRONT DESK to check me in after 10pm. After traveling all day, with all my bags in hand, it's comforting to have someone greet you. Instead, I had too call an offsite number too reach someone. Other than that, it's a nice place. Reasonably priced and modern. A tip for the staff and owners on *cleanliness (which I would give a 3.5), they could do a better job mopping the stains off the room floor, as well as getting the very visible mold and rust off of the shower head and bathroom wall.

Paul did a amazing job at getting us checked in after multiple set backs he did awesome he went out he way to make sure after our long trip we would get checked in right away!

This place is truly outstanding! Ignore the negative reviews. The manager and staff are exceptional: professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure guests feel cared for while creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. For the price, the value is unbeatable. The location is ideal as well, just minutes from shops, including vape stores, and right off Route 19, making travel fast and convenient. A hidden gem you’ll be glad you found!

me and my family got to call this place home for 2 years there were some previous staff members that i’m thankful no longer have their jobs but Sugara, Virgil, Brian the maintenance man, and the new girl with tattoos at the front desk (i forget her name) are the most amazing people me and my family have ever come in contact with while staying at any hotel; they are very friendly people here there’s not a single bad thing i have to say about my experience staying here.

I had an overall great experience at this hotel from start to finish. The lobby immediately stood out—clean, modern, and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere that made coming and going feel pleasant every time. The rooms were very nice: comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax after a long day. The gym was another big plus. It was clean, well-equipped, and actually usable—not just an afterthought—which I really appreciated. Everything throughout the property felt well cared for, and it was clear that attention is paid to both comfort and cleanliness. While there isn’t a pool or morning food service, that didn’t take away from the overall experience for me. The quality of the rooms, the amenities that are offered, and the general atmosphere more than made up for it. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to stay. this place was FIRE!
